Designing the new product website to go to market

Stage started with the idea to unlock interactive prototyping for people without design skills. Before the AI boom, we set out to make UI prototyping accessible to anyone with an idea — product managers, developers, entrepreneurs — without hiring a designer or learning Figma.

The goal was to show the possibilities of Stage in a playful way. From rough wireframes to clickable prototypes to high-fidelity designs. The launch brought Stage its first 4,300 users and 1,100 monthly actives — and with them, a wave of real feedback that shaped the product's direction. It also got us to the final interview with Y Combinator.
